Questions
What is the Classic Six-Part Morning?
Six practices: silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, and journaling. It is a widely used structure, and here it is only a starting point — every part can be renamed, shortened, or removed.
Do I have to do all six parts?
No. The template starts with Silence, Exercise, and Reading as required, and Affirmations, Visualization, and Journaling as optional. You can change any of that, remove a part, or make the whole list shorter.
How long does a six-part morning take?
The template defaults to 10 minutes of silence, 20 minutes of exercise, and 10 pages of reading, with optional five-minute visualization and written affirmations or journaling. That is a substantial morning. Shorten the timers if that is not realistic for you.
Can I track reading by pages?
Yes. Reading uses a quantity practice with a page target. You can change the target, the unit, or the practice type at any time.
Is this an official or endorsed app?
No. Win at Dawn is an independent, local-first tracker. This template is one starting point among several, and the app makes no claim of official affiliation or endorsement.
